Twin Peaks, together with Partners Group and Medan, will develop a flex living asset – short or medium-term rental apartments – in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid). The 17,000-square-meter asset will include 450 apartments, including studios and one-bedroom units, in an all-inclusive rental model, where residents will also have access to a wide range of common areas. The project focuses on shared spaces and amenities, such as coworking, a gym, a cinema room, a pool, a padel court, and spacious garden areas.
Designed by the architectural studio Nueva Milenia, it represents a blend of functionality and modern aesthetics. Its structure is designed to perfectly integrate with the surroundings, offering open spaces with a special emphasis on interior design and lighting to provide comfort and relaxation.
